Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. raw cashew nuts (whole)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 small can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion a few minutes in oil.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
