Broccoli And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or 1 (24 oz.) pkg. broccoli
2/3 stick butter or margarine
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Boil broccoli in water until tender and crisp.
Drain and put in greased casserole dish.
Add 1/3 stick butter.
Mix. Add 1/2 pound Velveeta and mix.
Toss Ritz crackers with 1/3 stick melted butter.
Sprinkle on broccoli.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
