Pork And Pepper Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork (bite-sized cubes), cut from shoulder and fat discarded
    2 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, halved and sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 red pepper, cut in strips
    1 tomato, chopped coarsely
    2 to 3 tsp. paprika
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. chicken broth, beef broth or water
Preparation
    Cut pork into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes.
    Heat bacon in heavy skillet.
    Cook until crisp.
    Add onion.
    Saute for 2 minutes until onion is wilted.
    Add pork cubes to pan along with green and red peppers, tomato, paprika, garlic, caraway seed and salt.
    Cook, stirring over high heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn heat down to low; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile, stir cornstarch and broth together until smooth.
    Pour mixture into pan with meat and peppers.
    Heat to boiling; stir and cook until juices are thickened.
