Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2/3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 lb. medium width noodles
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 large apples, chopped fine
    3/4 c. milk
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish melt margarine.
    Boil noodles 5 minutes until still slightly firm.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and beat well.
    Mix together with noodles.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
    Cool until warm to touch.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
    Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Great served warm with cream!
