Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chili beans
    1 small bag Fritos
Preparation
    Melt cheese, soup and tomatoes (Ro-Tel).
    In oblong pan, layer tortillas, beef, onion and beans.
    Pour melted cheese mixture over entire casserole.
    Crumble Fritos on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown on top, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
