California Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. raw rice
6 chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Sprinkle onion soup mix over bottom of 17 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Sprinkle rice evenly over soup mix.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Dilute mushroom soup with water and pour over chicken.
Dot with butter.
Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 5 to 6.
