Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. apple pie spice
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix well the oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Then add flour, soda and apple pie spice.
Mix well.
Last, add apples and nuts. Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
