Vanilla Cream Fraiche(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a small, chilled bowl, whip cream until almost stiff. Gently fold in the yogurt and vanilla.
    Chill in a covered container at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
    Use as a topping for berries, other fruits and desserts.
