Mother'S Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium jar pimento
    1 c. crushed crackers
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Shred cheese.
    Add crackers and pimento.
    Mix dry mustard, sugar and eggs.
    Add milk.
    Add vinegar very slowly.
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Add cheese mixture; stir well.
    Bake in cheese ring or baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
