Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Add milk, eggs and oil.
    Whisk with a wire whip.
    Let
    sit
    for
    about 2 hours while roast is cooking. Pour some of meat drippings into a 9 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Add batter and
    cook
    in
    hot oven at 425\u00b0 until batter rises in peaks about 30 minutes.
    Serve with roast beef.
