Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt or less
    2 2/3 c. Crisco
    1 1/3 c. water
    8 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add
    boiling
    water to
    Crisco.
    Beat
    until
    water
    is absorbed.
    Add flour and salt in
    two cup, then one cup intervals. Blend well after
    each
    addition.
    The final cup should be added slowly, depending on
    the humidity.
    You may not need a full cup. If you don't
    use
    it all immediately wrap in wax paper to refrigerate.
    Allow to come to room temperature after refrigeration.
