Monterey Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 can French fried onions, divided
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
    In a medium bowl, beat egg.
    Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
    Drain spaghetti.
    Add to egg mixture with cheese, spinach and half of onions.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining onions. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
