Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
1 c. milk
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. pineapple
1 lb. cherries
1/2 lb. mixed fruit
1 can coconut
1 qt. pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add 2 1/2 cups flour (save 1/2 cup to flour fruit), vanilla flavoring, milk, raisins, 1 pound pineapple, cherries, mixed fruit, coconut and pecans.
Add crushed pineapple last.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
