Pasta And Ricotta Stuffed Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese (about 1 c. grated)
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese (about 1/2 c. grated)
    4 red peppers
    4 oz. ditalini or small pasta
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop the onion.
    Mince the garlic.
    Grate the Mozzarella and Parmesan.
    Cut tops off peppers.
    Remove the seeds and ribs.
    Cook peppers in a pot of boiling salted water just until soft, about 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
