Cranberry Banana Bread - cooking recipe

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. cranberries or raisins
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Beat sugar, butter and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
Stir in bananas and lemon juice.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into bowl.
Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Fold berries and nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick is clean.
