Aunt Betty'S Nephew'S Famous Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 lb. lean ground meat
2 medium cans tomato sauce
2 medium cans tomato paste
3 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper

Preparation

Brown onion and garlic (cut up in 1/4-inch pieces).
Add ground meat and brown.
Add sauce and paste with 1 to 1 1/2 cans water; add sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook well and let simmer for two hours.
