Crisp Pickle Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. sliced cucumbers
    3 3/4 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    4 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Bring the syrup of vinegar, sugar, salt, celery, mustard seed and turmeric to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Pour over cucumber slices and seal.
    Cook 5 minutes in hot water bath.
