Crunchy Sundae Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cornflakes
1/4 c. peanuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Melt
oleo
in
heavy
saucepan.
Stir
in brown sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cornflakes, nuts and coconut.
Toss until well mixed.
Pour out on cookie sheet and cool thoroughly.
Crumble and serve over ice cream.
