Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat until hot.
Serve with vegetables, poultry, fish or eggs.
Makes 1/2 cup or 8 (1/2-tablespoon) servings.
