Susan'S Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 oz. linguine, cooked
    3 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    3 large cloves garlic
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Stir-fry zucchini and garlic in oil for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
    Reduce to low heat.
    Add parsley, margarine and half and half.
    Cook until butter melts.
    Add cheeses, linguine and oregano.
    Serve.
