Onion-Beef Soup(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter
4 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Combine onions and butter in 3-quart microproof casserole. Cover.
Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until onions are transparent, stirring once during cooking time.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Cook on High for 10 to 11 minutes or until hot.
Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top.
