Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. rinsed, drained can black beans
    1 small garlic clove, chopped
    1 c. prepared thick and chunky mild salsa
Preparation
    Combine beans and garlic in food processor, using on-off motion until smooth (do not puree).
    Transfer to bowl and stir in salsa.
    Serve with vegetable crudites or toasted tortilla pieces. Makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
