Zucchini And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
    3/4 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp natural Cheddar cheese
    4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Preparation
    Trim ends of zucchini.
    Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Drain and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers; chop.
