Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
6 slices white bread with crust, cubed
12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs (large), beaten
Preparation

In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex, layer bread cubes, cheese, bread cubes and cheese.
Top with sausage that has been fried, crumbled and drained.
