Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. diced, pared orange
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. pitted dates, cut up
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine fruits; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chill.
Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Serve on greens.
Top with coconut.
