Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine chocolate chips and butter in a large saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Combine eggs, salt and sugar; blend well.
    Add to chocolate mixture.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and vanilla until well blended.
    Stir in nuts, if desired.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edge of pan.
    Let stand until cool.
    Cut into bars.
