Ingredients

1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Post 40% Bran Flakes
2/3 c. coconut
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Bring syrup and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan.
Slowly pour over beaten eggs, beating constantly to blend.
Add butter; stir until melted.
Stir in salt, vanilla, lemon juice, cereal, coconut and milk.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until top is set and lightly browned.
Serve warm or cooled with or without whipped topping.
