Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 pt. half and half cream
    2 c. boiled ham, cubed
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. instant flour
Preparation
    Cube or shred cabbage; add cubed ham, cream, flour and seasonings.
    Cook just until tender.
    You may add a little milk if more liquid is needed.
    Slow heat is the secret.
