Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked rice
2/3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
4 chicken quarters (leg or breast)
1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Pour into 20 x 14-inch oven cooking bag.
Add rice, carrots, celery and onion. Place bag in baking pan.
Evenly spread out rice mixture. Sprinkle chicken with marjoram, salt and pepper.
Place on top of rice, close bag and make slit in top of bag.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
