Mora'S Good Caramel Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Ghiradelli ground chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook over low heat to 238\u00b0 or soft ball stage.
    Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch pan; cut into squares when hard.
    A nicer alternative is to get the small brown candy cases from See's and plunk a spoonful into each one.
    This makes the candy easier to serve or to package for mailing.
