Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded raw zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini together.
    Add all other ingredients to wet mixture.
    Grease and flour loaf pans. Pour into loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
