Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed and cooked
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl and mix well.
    Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in nutmeg, salt, milk and flavoring.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until pies are done.
