Vegetable Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sliced beans (fresh)
    1/2 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. onions, sliced
    1 c. hot beef broth (dissolve 1 beef cube in 1 c. hot water)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients in covered saucepan until tender. Mash until fluffy.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Cook remaining vegetables and salt in beef broth in covered saucepan until tender, about 15 minutes.
    Blend with potato mixture.
    Stir in black pepper and butter.
    Serve hot.
