My Mom'S Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired; I use pecans)
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
Set aside.
Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Pour into pans.
Bake one hour or more at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
Contains 195 calories per 1/2-inch slice.
