Monteray Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated or ground carrots
Preparation

Measure into sifter the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and sugar.
Sift into mixing bowl and add salad oil, eggs (one at a time) and vanilla.
Beat until light. Stir in carrots.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
