Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium flour tortillas
4 chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can green chiles, diced, rinsed and drained
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3 or 4 green onions, diced
1 can black olives, sliced
Preparation

Combine onions, green chiles, soup, sour cream, olives and 1/4 of each cheese. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of the combine mixture. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay each tortilla flat and put in mixture.
Roll up and put rolls in pan. Cover tortillas with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the tortillas. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in oven, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Enjoy.
