Hickory Smoked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. hickory seasoning sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. hickory seasoning
Preparation

Place chicken on baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
While chicken is baking, melt butter in saucepan with garlic over low heat.
Cook for a minute.
Add tomato sauce and hickory seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven; brush generously with sauce.
Cook 15 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
