Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain. Spoon beef into an 8-inch baking dish.
    Top with pizza sauce and cheese.
    Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.

    6 servings.
