Melted Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cheese
1 c. milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Cut up cheese.
Add milk; put on medium heat until cheese is melted.
Add egg and cornstarch; cook until thick.
Cool.
Makes a good sandwich on rye with slice of shave ham.
