Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    12 oz. grated American cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. lightly crushed corn flakes or crackers
Preparation
    Place thawed potatoes in large bowl.
    Mix soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour mix over potatoes.
    Toss until coated.
