Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1 (6 oz. or larger) pkg. corn chips, crumbled
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat well in a large skillet. Drain. Add green pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Brown a few more minutes.
    Add tomatoes. Place in a large bowl in this order: lettuce, tomatoes, corn chips, hot meat mixture and hot cheese mixture.
