Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small head cabbage
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 small onions, diced
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. converted rice
    1 large can kraut
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop cabbage in bite size pieces.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Saute beef and onions.
    Put over cabbage.
    Mix tomato sauce, water and rice.
    Pour over contents.
    Top with kraut.
    Bake 20 minutes uncovered.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
