Baked Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel, dice and boil potatoes until tender.
    Mash potatoes, then add margarine, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
    Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Serve.
