1 c. shortening
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Beat for 10 minutes.
Add vanilla and lemon
flavoring.
Beat 2 minutes longer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
