Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. canola oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This is a very moist cake; should be refrigerated if there are leftovers.
