Tangy Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. light white cake mix
8 oz. plain yogurt
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. cholesterol free egg product or 3 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into pan; bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
