Three Cheese Roulade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. hot milk
6 eggs, separated
1/3 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. farmer cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Boursin or herb and garlic cheese, softened
2/3 c. shredded Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese
lettuce for garnish (optional)
cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Line with wax paper, grease again; set aside.
Lightly grease a piece of foil 15 inches long; set aside.
