Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare macaroni by package directions in medium saucepan.
    Melt butter; stir in flour, dry mustard and salt.
    Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly and bubbles.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 cup of shredded cheese and stir until melted.
    Add macaroni.
