Indoor S'Mores - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. small marshmallows
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 c. Golden Grahams cereal
Preparation
    Measure cereal into large bowl.
    Butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan.
    Melt only 5 cups of marshmallows, corn syrup, magarine and chocolate chips in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour over cereal.
    Mix quickly until completely coated with chocolate. Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows.
    Make squares by pressing mixture down into buttered rectangular pan with buttered back of spoon. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Then cut into 2-inch squares.
    Yields 24 squares.
