Cherry Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. oleo
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Cut in oleo.
Spread 2/3 of mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Spread 1 can of pie filling on top. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top of pie filling.
Bake 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
